my name is uaemi and i work as a freelance chibi and emote artist part-time as a way of making money on the side. i am particularly comfortable drawing anthromorphic characters and more, just as long as they're cute!

by commissioning me, you agree to all my terms and thus any breakage of my terms will result in an immediate blacklisting from any future purchases of my commissions, illustrations or emote sales. i reserve any right to decline a commission for any reason.from hereby on, you are the 'client' and i am the 'artist'.

✦ COMMISSIONS AT THE MOMENT ✦

i currently am only offering digital art commissions at this time. this style of art is my most comfortable. my commissions are very cutesy stylised and are safe for work only.

✦ WHAT I WILL AND WON'T DRAW ✦

i will gladly draw feral, anthro and humanoid characters. this also includes characters with animal-based features such as eyes, ears, tails, etc. i am very comfortable drawing anthromorphic characters in my simplistic style and am always up for a challenge.i will not draw anything nsfw, gore, or suggestive art. my style is very much safe for work and it will stay that way for now. i won't draw mecha, or anything derogatory. i may also reject a commission for an overly complex character but this will be discussed when / if it comes to that point.

✦ ORDERING + PAYMENT ✦

1. the client will provide an unshaded and clear image of the character / characters they want drawn by the artist. the artist does not accept images from games such as skyrim, red dead redemption online, or any other type of customisable character based game.2. the client will pay only via paypal and all payments will be sent by invoice from the artist. payment should only be sent once the client approves of the original sketch sent by the artist.3. if the client wants a specific pose, expression, etc. they are to tell the artist beforehand or the artist will assume artistic freedom wherever possible.4. also, if the client does not wish to use paypal as a payment source, they must tell the artist beforehand so a different method can be used.

✦ THE ART PROCESS ✦

1. the artist will predominantly work in the order of the queue. if the client wishes for their place to be prioritised in the queue, an extra fee will be needed to have this privilege.2. the artist's turn around time is one week to three weeks at most depending on the complexity of the commission. if it has been longer than two weeks, the client may ping the artist for an update. if there is any delay that is foreseen or upcoming by the artist, the client will be notified.3. the size of commissions depend on the type. for chibi commissions, the size can vary between 800px to 1200px, but the artist will resize for free if asked. for emote commissions, the sizes can be as small as 48x48 to 112x112px.4. minor changes to the commission is acceptable as long as they are only minor changes. changes such as the pose will be changed for an added fee, especially if the commission is already complete.5. the client will recieve the finished commission via discord or email (whichever they prefer) and the artwork will be transparent and in png format.

✦ REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS ✦

1. if the client cancels the commission after the sketch has been approved, they will be sent 50% of the payment back.2. if the client wishes to cancel the commission after the commission has been outlined, coloured, or shaded - they will recieve no refund.3. the artist does not accept refunds at the negligence of the client's own funds, (ie "i need the money for my pet, gas," etc). art is a luxury, not a need. this is a way for the artist to make money as well.4. the client will recieve 100% refund if the artist can not complete the commission for whatever reason.

✦ COPYRIGHT + USAGE ✦

finally, the artist holds full copyright over the artwork that is commissioned by the client. the work should only be used by the client and artist respectfully. the artist retains all rights to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.the client cannot reprint the commissioned work for personal profit or gains. the client must give the artist proper credit wherever the commissioned work is used. the client can upload the work to social media wherever they want, as well as use the commission commerically (for a fee that can be discussed).
